Lil Gems is a London-based tooth gem studio. We offer custom and personalised tooth gem designs, simple standard crystal gems, and 18ct solid gold options, every one applied by a trained, insured technician.

Tooth gems are non-invasive and painless, bond only to your natural tooth enamel, and can be safely removed by a dental professional at any time. We also run tooth gem training courses and tooth gem activations for brands and events.
